Welcome Thierry Gougy, appointed as the new Group General Counsel at Archetype Group.
With nearly 30 years of international experience spanning Europe and Asia, Thierry is a qualified lawyer with a wealth of expertise in foreign investment, corporate and M&A, private equity, corporate finance, and taxation.
Thierry kicked off his career at leading firms in Paris as a commercial and corporate lawyer. Having worked in Asia for almost 20 years, Thierry gained extensive experience and substantial expertise in projects and transactions, particularly in the Greater Mekong region.
Thierry obtained a Master’s degree in International Business and Administration at the Paris Dauphine University and a Master’s in Business Law at the Paris-Panthéon-Assas University. He is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) and holds a Professional Lawyer’s Certificate issued by the Paris Bar Training School.
