Archetype Group Announces New Governance Structure and Senior Leadership Appointments

Archetype Group announces a new governance structure alongside a series of senior leadership appointments, marking the beginning of a new chapter ahead of its 25th anniversary in 2027.

A New Governance Structure for the Next Phase of Growth

“Strong governance is what allows our company to grow as we are entering an exciting phase. “This is how we intend to scale while keeping our culture and our core strengths that has defined Archetype since 2002,” said Pierre-Jean Malgouyres, our Chief Executive Officer.

Senior Leadership Appointments at Archetype Group

Bringing this vision to life, Archetype Group is strengthening its leadership team:

Group Level: Chief Commercial Officer

At Group level, Michel Cassagnes takes on the new role of Chief Commercial Officer for Archetype Group, reporting to Chief Executive Officer Pierre-Jean Malgouyres. He will oversee commercial and business development across all Group’s countries, all sectors and service lines, while supporting the development of design & build activities via our partnership with IDEC Asia. Michel will continue to serve as Managing Director of Archetype Cambodia.

Archetype Vietnam: Managing Director

For Archetype Vietnam, Stefano Riciputi has been promoted to Managing Director of Archetype Vietnam, leading our offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Previously Regional Director of Project and Cost Management, Stefano is a RICS-certified senior leader and has relocated to Vietnam.

Archetype Vietnam: Director of Design Operations

Dilip Abye has been appointed Director of Design Operations for Archetype Vietnam and will report to Stefano Riciputi. He has relocated from Cambodia to Vietnam as he takes on this new responsibility.
