Bio

Sibylle Wagner joined Archetype in October 2021 as the Group Human Resources Director, in charge of leading the HR strategy and talent development for the 18 countries of Archetype Group. A Swiss national, Sibylle is a highly experienced & multi-lingual Human Resources and Global Mobility professional with a vast amount of international experience. She has extensive experience working in multicultural environments, incorporating remote site leadership positions in Asia, Australia, and Central America. Sibylle is an innovative problem solving and goal-oriented person, with a strong sense of service and quality: recognized for strong coaching and counseling skills, and a decision-maker who effectively balances the needs of employees with the mission of the organization
